The College wishes to notify its community that the start of classes for 100‑Level students at Benue State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Agasha, originally set for Monday, 21 September 2026, is now postponed with no new date.

This action comes after a fresh wave of clashes that have been reported between the Mbakor and Nongov groups residing in the college’s host community.

The administration explained that the move was made after thorough deliberation of the institution’s best interests, placing the safety of faculty and learners above all else.

College officials also called on all relevant stakeholders to step up initiatives aimed at securing lasting peace, which is essential for the full restart of academic programmes.

Students who have already begun to return to campus are urged to acknowledge this postponement.
